As a market maker, our primary role is to provide liquidity in financial markets by always being willing to buy and sell. No matter the market conditions, we are ready to facilitate the objectives of investors. Internship Opportunities
BlackEdge offers an internship in either the Trading or Technology fields. The internship will last over the course of 10 weeks. The first half of the internship for both trading and tech will focus on teaching you option pricing theory, market making dynamics, and trading system operations.

The second half of the trading internship will provide you the opportunity to deliver a project that leverages our extensive internal data and tooling to help a BlackEdge trading team improve their daily activities.
What We Need:
Graduating in 2028 with at least a Bachelors' degree in a STEM field.
Strong quantitative skills and logical reasoning.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

The second half of the software engineer internship will provide you the opportunity to write production code to add new functionality to our trading system that helps the BlackEdge trading team improve their daily activities.
What We Need:
Exceptional problem solving ability
Growing knowledge in a low-level computer science realm: e.g. networking, operating systems, compilers, or computer graphics.
Exposure to design and architectural patterns.
Graduating in 2028 with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
